How do I place an order?

​​To place an order you just add the items that you would like to purchase to the cart and proceed to checkout.

Payment & Shipping
After payment is recieved you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow 5 business days for processing and up to 5 business days for shipping. So it can take up to 10 BUSINESS DAYS for your order to reach you. Please allow an extra 5 business days for international orders. If you need express shipping add it to your cart at the check out. Overnight orders must be placed before 12pm pacific time.We are not responsible for items once they are shipped. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items during shipment. We are not responsible for any items delivered to the wrong address provided by the buyer. If your order is shipped to the wrong address provided by the buyer and is sent back to us you will either have to send a payment for us to ship the product again or receive a partial refund for your order (minus the shipping and a 10% restocking fee).


Returns & refunds
All sales are final we will not accept any returns or exchanges. All cancelations must be placed within the first 24hrs of the order being placed and can only be accepted if the order isn't shipped yet. If there is an issue with your order please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

1 Year Replacement Warranty
Case Dolls offers a 1year replacement warranty For 6ft Braided Cord, Aux Cord OR Ear Phones. 1 replacement plan per device. Replacement Plan must be purchased at the same time the product is purchased. Replacement Plan is active at the time of purchase. You are allowed a max of 3 replacements per year. You must contact orders@casedolls.com to file a replacement claim and we will give you instruction on what to do next. You must have the product, your confirmation email and contact us from the  email or phone number used in your purchase in order to get a replacement. 

Custom Case Policy
​​Custom cases are Pre-Order cases which means they are not made until you order them. We allways have a high volume of customs cases ordered because everyone wants a unique, one of a kind case. No two cases are the sam. if you would like your case to be made a specific way please email us at orders@casedolls.com after your purchase. Please allow at least 2 weeks for us to process your order. Custom cases are made on a first come first serve basis. If you have any questions or concers about your order or would like an update to see when it will be finished please contact us at orders@casedolls.com.


Back Order Case Policy
Back order cases are ususally mailed out within 5 days of your order. Please note that sometime it can take a little longer than 5 days if there is a problem with our vendor. If you have any questions or concerns about your order pleease email orders@casedolls.com


Pre-Order Case Policy
Pre-Order Cases are ordered from the factory once you place your order. Please allow at lease 2 weeks for your case to ship. If you have any questions or concerns please email us at orders@casedolls.com.
